Booking, house and cancellation terms for your stay

01 About these terms
These terms apply to every stay at Grand View Suites Meteora 2, Diogenous 7, Kalambaka 422 00, Greece. By making a booking you accept them.
02 Bookings & payment
A reservation is confirmed once the platform you booked through (Booking.com) or the host confirms availability and payment. The rates, taxes and any prepayment or deposit shown in your confirmation apply; no other charge is made without your prior agreement.
03 Cancellation & changes
Cancellation and amendment conditions follow the policy you selected when booking on the platform you used, and that policy takes precedence over these terms. Changes to your stay depend on availability and must be agreed with the host in advance.
04 Check-in & check-out
Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out until 11:00. Please tell us your expected arrival time in advance; late arrivals can usually be arranged. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may carry an extra charge.
05 Guests & occupancy
The apartments accommodate up to 6 guests, children included. The number of guests on your confirmation is the maximum allowed. Additional visitors may not stay overnight without prior approval.
06 Pets
Pets are welcome. Please let us know in advance how many animals will travel with you and keep them under control in the shared and outdoor areas.
07 House rules
Quiet hours are 22:00–08:00, in line with Greek rules on noise: please respect the neighbours and the other residents. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments; the balconies may be used for this purpose.
08 Care of the apartment
Please treat the apartment, its furniture and its equipment with care. Damage, or cleaning beyond normal use, may be charged at cost against receipts and reported to you before any payment is taken.
09 Equipment & services
Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, a washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen are provided as described, and utilities are included in the price of your stay. Interruptions to internet or utility services outside our control do not give rise to a refund.
10 Liability
The host is not responsible for loss or theft of guests' belongings, nor for delays or events beyond reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited under Greek law.
11 Your personal data
The details you share are used only to arrange your stay and to contact you about it. This website stores your language choice in your own browser and sets no advertising cookies.
12 Applicable law
These terms are governed by Greek law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Trikala, Greece.
